1. Press the side of the loader with one hand to open the baffle.

2. Put the magazines between the baffles so that it fits snug.

3. Hold the loader and magazine in one hand, press the top of the loader with your thumb, and press the magazine follower down.

4. Put in the bullet.

5. Release the loader and let the bullet slide into the magazine.

And that's it!!! your done. You just saved a ton of time and your thumbs will thank you.
